Shipping & Payment Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from Hungary.

Orders are processed and dispatched from Hungary.

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

European Union: 9 EUR
Outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland and other international destinations): 29 EUR

Shipping costs are displayed clearly during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, force majeure, or other external circumstances are outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

For deliveries outside Hungary and especially outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We operate as a VAT-exempt sole proprietor under Hungarian tax law. No VAT is charged on our products.

We do not collect foreign VAT, sales tax, or import duties at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due at the time of order.

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase.

The contract is concluded once the order confirmation email is sent.
