We operate as a VAT-exempt sole proprietor under Hungarian tax law.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through www.xtremestix.com by consumers worldwide.

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By clicking the button “Place Order” or “Complete Purchase”, the customer submits a binding offer.

A contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

We operate as VAT-exempt under Hungarian tax law. Therefore:

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.

We do not collect foreign VAT or sales tax at checkout.

Delivery times:

EU: approx. 4 – 7 business days
Non-EU: approx. 5 – 12 business days

Delays caused by customs authorities are outside our control.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

We accept:

Payment is due at the time of order.

We do not store full credit card information.

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

Customers bear the direct cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

For customers outside the EU, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.

Products must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

EU consumers benefit from statutory guarantee rights.

Additionally, we offer a voluntary lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Normal wear and tear is excluded.

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

For other damages, liability is limited to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain unaffected.

Otherwise, Hungarian law applies.
